Who are the
Warhol Experts?

Warhol Experts is comprised of a group of art investigators and appraisers who, working together, authenticate and appraise works by Andy Warhol. We began in 2002, and we have been analyzing, researching, authenticating, and appraising Warhol's works ever since.

Warhol Experts brings together a group of professionals licensed by USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal) who appraise works following their guidelines and also issue Certificates of Authenticity (COA) and reports covering completed investigations.

To determine if a painting or drawing is an authentic work by Andy Warhol, the Warhol Experts use scientific tests, forensic methods, special photography, and document investigation. They draw upon traditional knowledge of art and evaluate key elements.
